PPAO - Covid-19

PPAO and Covid-19

The Police Pensioners' Association of Ontario is closely monitoring Covid-19.  The impact of the virus has affected the health and wellbeing of our members and the world.  The safety and health of our membership is paramount.  We are adapting, and as a result, we are making temporary changes in the way we do business.  This may include the suspension of our normal annual and semi-annual meetings or modification.  The Board of Directors continues to meet virtually and will continue to advocate for you.

Important Membership Update

The PPAO Board, like many others and other businesses in Ontario, continue to struggle with the issues that have arisen from the Sars Covo2 Pandemic. This coupled with both recent and pending legislative changes, and through our process audit, we have been advised that it is very important for the PPAO to ensure that the contact information for all of it members is current and accurate.

To facilitate this, the PPAO has set up a secure portal which will allow members to confirm or change their contact information, and for those who wish to become members, a place to apply. Also, we will be integrating the application for the very successful Member’s Discount Program into the same portal. This will allow for one-stop shopping for current and new members.

Both members and applicants will be requested to read and agree with our privacy policies. This is for the PPAO to process your application and/or to communicate with you outside of what the PPAO is required to.  Click Here to update your information or register

We will continue to communicate with our members and ensure they are updated.

Stay Safe
